Following on from the Quarterly Research Meeting entitled “NHS Health Checks: making inequalities better or worse?” held in July 2014, Public Health England, in conjunction with Fuse invite you to an event to explore how the North East might contribute to answering some of the key research questions set out in the NHS Health Check research priorities. At this event we are seeking to:
• Share the research priorities document and highlight the key research questions
• Bring together commissioners, academics and funders to discuss potential research opportunities
• Identify how existing work might contribute to the research priorities
• Identify and develop potential funding bids for new pieces of research that would support the research priorities
