5. A ‘hole’ lot of salt

This film is about the NIHR School for Public Health Research ‘Foodscape’ project.  It focuses on reducing the salt added to takeaway food and asks if reducing the number of holes in saltshakers can make a difference.

“The panel thought that this film described the study well and it is creatively shot and edited. This film is an excellent example of making research accessible to the public.”
